Hee, I said “stuffing the ballot box.” Ahem. Sorry.

It’s hard to point you to Hot Blogger press, because if it’s by a nominee, then it does feel like saying hey, we endorse this person, vote for them. And we don’t mean that. Voting is totally unbiased. And that’s why we’ve got our “Press” section up there.

So with the disclaimer that this is not an endorsement of any nominee, every now and then there’s a post that is so great we can’t help ourselves. And last night Bill Balderaz added another.

We love what we’re doing here because it’s fun and silly and a great time. Of course. But at the same time, Jane and I – and Dawn, our awesome designer – are Web 2.0 professionals, and it feels fantastic when someone points out that what we’re doing is, from a technical and social-media standpoint, a great idea.

So Bill, I can’t promise I’ll vote for you. But appreciation, it must be said, is very hot.
